what the hell are you talking about... its been the same with every cod. If you joined a modded lobby knowledgeable by "accepting an invite" yes you would have gotten a suspension but if you joined someones session or a random lobby online it was not your fault that you got into a modded lobby therfore you would not be affected by any bans - I myself have been in lobbys on almost every cod and not once been banned i only go in them as i hate public matches i only play competitive matches ;)



the only cod games that you join modded lobbies randomly without getting an invite are Call of duty 4 and Call of duty world at war, in Mw2 , Mw3, bops 1 and bops 2 and ghost you have to personally get invited to these modded xp lobbies dont come here with this bullshyt and think people are 10 years old like you. I played the hell out of Mw2,Mw3,Bops1,Bops2 and never once I joined a modded lobby and same for ghost.

Actually, you are 110% Wrong. Anyone who has modded/exploited the game in any way, shape or form is eligible for a suspension/ban, this includes whether you join a random game or get invited to one, You can't play the innocent role as you are not being forced to kill someone in a game... Thats your decision, If you see people who have a score of 65k then you know just to back out however if you stay in that game and start killing people then it is your fault.
