First find someone who has a tank in there garage next get them to get in the tank and open the job list then drive out and on the bit where your driving out keep pressing a(XBOX) or x(PS3) and leave the job start menu up for 5 to 10 seconds and the quit it and you will spawn outside with their tank and a duplicated tank.
