Since your motherboard does have a PCIe x16 slot it should fit just fine. Only thing you have to do is make sure your PSU is up to the job of powering it. Since your PC is a HP computer it probably will struggle to power it. I'd suggest upgrading your PSU before/soon after getting your new 760. If you want to risk it then go ahead, but it won't end well.

Yeah I upgraded and have a corsair 600w power supply. You need atleast 500 so I should be fine. ANd lengthxwidthxheight it should be fine that way too? What could I do to make it fit if not.

Just had a look at the case. I'd go with the Mini 760 just to be safe. If it doesn't fit you can try take out the hard drive cages to make it fit. Chances are the mini will fit no problem.

How does this sound as a plan?

Go to my local best buy and buy the gtx 760. Try it and see if it fits or not.
If it turns out it will not fit, return it and order the gtx 760 mini (Not in store at best buy)

and fit that in.

If neither fit, I am bringing it somewhere then and talk about it.

Any suggestions on this plan?

Sounds good to me. The longer 760 should fit anyway.

Thanks man you helped 100%

And last question,

a 600W Corsair PS should be fine right? I heard corsair is the way to with psus and a corsair 600w should work perfect for the 760 non mini?

Oh and I am gonna post pics of the graphics card slot now. Still a little worried about the width now.

You could solve this yourself.

Get a tape measure and measure the distance between the HDD cage and the PCI brackets, if its long enough, perfect. Also measure from the PCI x16 lane and the side of the case, if that is big enough order the full 760 and enjoy gaming.

Also, even though Corsair SELL some good supplies it doesn't mean they MAKE it.

Usually a company like Corsair (and others) buy the internals and put it inside a box with their branding on it.

If you got something like the GS600 then its probably alright.
