I receive this error when I try opening any app on my windows 8 machine, blocking me from downloading windows 8.1, (in this case, whenever I try opening a .gif [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ) No matter what app I open on the start menu, it will say the remote procedure call has failed. I have updated my drivers, but nothing happened
