how do u get the single player online

you mean by yourself right because you must be in a public game so to speak and if that happens go to gamestore come back and get your two stars again ps make sure the cops are searching for(the blue cones by red dots or map not flashing)

It happens either way. Sometimes it works for me, sometimes it doesn't. I'm not sure if there's a way to make it work every time though. >.>

Redo the glitch only way to fix it

After you accept the mission the first time and it starts downloading. Wait for that to stop than when you spawn back in the game as the story mode character with the cops still on you, go start and load up the game store again. Than exit the game store, gets the cops on you and try again. Worked for me.

you can't do this glitch solo at all because you van't be the host
