Grow up and realise video games are not that important, you purchased it from amazon knowing that delivery times vary, so don't complain when it doesn't arrive when it suits you...

Who do you think you are, have you got the money and time to rent a better lawyer than Amazon to take them to court over something as trivial as a video game? If so you need to get your priorities straight...

You are acting quite ridiculous. I'm a paying customer who expects my game to be delivered early or at the latest on time. Not late. And when did I say anything about a lawyer or even trying to sue them for shipping my game late. Please read before you make yourself look absurd.
Make myself look absurd! You have to be kidding, this is the real world, wake up. If you read the terms and condition, no where would Amazon have guaranteed the product to arrive on the 5th of november, so your game cannot technically come late(assuming it arrives within the time frame they state) and you said "If its late then that will be a problem", there wont be a problem, because Amazon stuck to their terms and you saying that conveys the idea you are going to dispute it, in which you would need an expensive lawyer(which wont help you) in order to gain something in return... Just think about it, did everyone who didn't get GTA V on release day have "a problem" and if "the problem" was valid, Amazon would have made huge losses. It is in fact you that looks absurd.

Me being on a tech site does not mean I see games as important, just use them to pass time occasionally, just as I use this site to pass time, and if your priority is getting a game on release date, I dont believe for one second that your older than 18 and don't have adult responsibilities that are more important...

You are taking my comment out of context. I am a customer who payed for a product and I EXPECT it to be delivered on time. No where did I mention that will be the case 100%. That's simply what I expect from a multi-billion dollar company. It will be a problem in my view because I will miss out on playing for a couple days if it comes out late. Although you may not view it as a problem it is still a problem for myself, a paying customer. Whether or not you agree with me I don't care. Also if you are "too grown up" to care about video games why are you in this specific topic flaming even though you know it will be a common occurrence among TTG members to talk about shipping issues with regards to new game. Oh I know, because you have nothing better to do.

Thanks for being mature about it, I can understand what you are saying but don't deny the facts:
The majority of people on the ghosts forums are early teens who are getting angry because they don't understand how the world works.

-Your idea of "on time" is different Amazons idea of on time
-I am flaming because whenever I come on TTG all I see is hate about cod and people complaining about cod and angry about shipping times, and I am only on the home screen, so its annoying when you want to see other posts, all I did was lay it out, plain and simple for you about why you shouldn't be worried about when your game arrives because you should have known it could arrive late when you ordered it...~
Also I don't have anything better to do, im in my free time right now and its being ruined with the ghosts spam...

Now you are speculating about the age of people buying the game solely based on the fact that they have formed certain opinions on shipping issues.

I chose to buy from amazon. You are correct. I do know that there is a possibility that it will arrive late. Doesn't mean I can't be disappointed. Just like you chose to come on TTG and start flaming. We all make decisions sometimes that we didn't put a lot of thought into. Let's stop arguing.

I contacted Amazon Support Chat, They waived off my shipping fee and now I get the game for about $63 and plus its 1 day shipping. The guy also said it would arrive either on the 4th or the 5th.
