had email confirming this, swiftly canceled my order not taking risk of get it late, hope this info helps.
From your e-mail, I understand that you want to know when will the item be dispatched and what time.
I have checked the order and I can see that your pre-order game, "Call of Duty: Ghosts (Xbox 360)" will be dispatched on Monday, 4th of November.
In this case, your order is in time for dispatch and you will receive it on Tuesday 5th of November which is the exact date of its release.
As for the estimating time of the delivery, we're unable determine what time will the order be delivered as we are preparing all orders for this game to be delivered.

I just looked at my amazon order for ghosts on xbox 360, they dispatched it today... i dont see why everyone else is having problems?

Same with mine. They better have it here early or on time at the latest. If its late then that will be a problem.
