Nope he's not, I used his In-Form - and he were not at all worth the money.
His shots weren't much better than my defenders, the biggest problem were his shot power. He put the balls where I wanted them (footballs) put the power weren't good enough, at all.
He's a decent striker, but not at all worth the money.
