So today i was playing GTA V. And i popped up the xbox menu (by pressing the middle button in the controller) and it froze the menu. but the game was still playing? So i waited about 10 minutes and it was still stuck. So i pressed the power button. Still nothing has happened. So then i attempt to unplug the power box from the xbox. and it finally turns off. I waited approx, 5 mins before plugging the power box cable back into the slim. When i did that and attempted to turn the Xbox on it would make the Bing noise when you turn on the slim but nothing happened. My power box is a orange color. i switched the box with my brothers and it didn't change anything. still didn't turn on. So can anyone help me out? My game is in the console still. I want it out also. So any ideas on the console and how to get the game out of the disk tray? Will Rep best answer.
Thanks - CTF

Make sure both the wall plug and the plug into the power brick is in securely. This gives the Xbox a orange light.

Hope this helps,

Doesn't the orange light mean it's turned off? And when it's on, it should be green?

Funnily enough, this happens to me the other day, switch plug sockets or try flicking the switch off then back on, I did the first one and it works, I hope it works for you!
