*UPDATE*
Requirements:
You need 2 people
Probably a plane or Helicopter
1. Go near the military base (You + Friend)
2. You kill friend or the opposite
3.Make sure you startup a 1 on 1 death match
4. Go military base and with your helicopter or plane and then you then won't get stars
*5. After you go to the jet area you cancel deathmatch so that the het will appear
