Nope, can't help you there but it just sounds more complicated than it is Machine management =Maintaining and performing maintenance on PC via PC (interfaces) and integrated programs disk defrag etc disk management peripheral mangaegement I'm guessing would be control panel programs that help modify and customise UI as for linux i've no idea theres soo many i'd recommend installing ubuntu and messing around with it .Maybe i'm wrong but these kind of questions are phrased in a specific way.
