i was going to build, but then i saw a deal on cyber power. so i came up for this 1600 pc build. i was wondering if i can get a better deal than this from building right now?

it would have to be 1600 or less, and be semi future proof and be overclockable.
i would like the operating system to be included in the price.

- Yes, I know the R9 290X is out of stock, all are, but I'm sure they're getting restocked soon.

You could save 100$+ from building it, threw in a decent CPU water cooler.
ALSO: If you get this, throw in an SSD as a boot drive(With the money you save), don't make us cry and abuse this system.
