So i just saw a post on how to put any car in your garage but you cant buy insurance i was thinking if you where to repeat the steps you do to put it in your garage but do it outside los Santos customs would this allow you to you to put insurance on the car you try it with??

The garage door dose't open & if it can't get insurance in your garage i don't think you would be able to buy it
