I have tried duping it and it wouldn't let me keep it kinda sucks

For THE LAST TIME.. you can ONLY obtain the hotknife if you have the Collector's Edition of GTA 5.

You cannot dupe it. If you want it, either buy the Collector's Edition or just stop asking for it.
