No it's just a glitch, you only get banned for mods

you will get banned if you are doing it after they patched it

also if you did the bike money glitch and have over 3 million on earned from selling vehicles you will get rest to level 1 and lose everything and to check how much you earned go to stats then cash then it 4th one from bottom

I'm afraid you're wrong mate. Anybody who done the glitch before the 1.04 patch, will be stripped for their items and stuck in the Cheaters Pool for a month or so. Anybody who done the glitch after the most recent update (even though there are still ways) will be Reset AND/OR Banned from the GTA: Online server.
