Can anyone elaborate with more information on the DVR, is it set to be in the new Xbox One?

I currently have an HD PVR but would definitely use a DVR if it's apart of the Xbox. Does anyone know if it's actually in there? How does it work (do you need a computer, etc?) Any help would be nice, thanks.

The built in DVR only records about 15 seconds and you can upload from the console to the internet, but I would suggest using your current PVR as it will work.
