You used to be able to, but they hotfixed it once the money glitches came out. I assume it's only temporary because the option is still there, just greyed out.

Is this mainly for the lsc glitch, are the people doing the criminal records race subjected to the reset and cheaters pool as well?

If you just don't go mad with the money glitch I'm thinking it should be okay. Although if Rockstar do act on people who have glitched, the most they will do is reset your cash and level which would be annoying to be honest but it's better than being banned for a long time. I hope that most of us are not spotted and I'm pretty sure alot of us are thinkin the same but who knows how they will trace it.

Its not quite that simple. It is very easy for GTA to see your stats, as they are shown in Social Club, and when you have more than 10,000,000$ in car sales they will know that you were glitching.

Delete your social club, simple as that.
