-AV cables one has component other is regular: 5$
-Ben-Q drive: 10$ [model is unknown] (apparently it's flashed but i'm unsure of this as i cannot use it in my box)

-Stock fan that has the connector chopped off for 12v mod from disk drive (not in picture i know this)
-Xbox 360 (PHAT) HDD side grate
