Actually there is a submarine online. It's on the outer rim of the map. Bottom right. You need to take a speed boat out there because the submarine is under the water.

Credit to me for releasing this cause no one has ever released it

People have mentioned it on here, I did yesterday when I found it...
Just look up 'GTAV Submarine location' it's in te same place on multiplayer as on single player

Actually that submarine is not the only submarine there is actually another south east of the San Chianski Mountain Range you can get there by air boat or car... Credit to me for releasing this.. as no one has ever released this also... ^^Troll if the sub was underwater it would sink as soon as you attempted to open the hatch..

I found a few at the docks where the boats go to the ocean. Bottom left docks of the island.
