Anybody know how or where to get one of these? I tried going to the airport, but only buzzards spawn. Anybody?

I need an answer to this too.
I'm lvl 100 and all that spawns for me is the luxor plane and buzzard heli. and thats EVERYWHERE i look

Kinda sucks the missions you do affect the vehicle spawn
