So I need a PC build for 600GBP, i do video editing in after effects, and I like to play minor games so build based around those two hobbies of mine would be great thanks in advance

This build should be just fine for you. The i7's hyperthreading capabilities it will be able to render fast for you. 16GB of RAM will also aid you in rendering and editing.
The 7770 will provide enough power for your gaming. Since you're only going to be playing minor games the 7770 will be more than enough. If you wanted to save a bit of money you could drop the 7770 and use the integrated graphics in the 4770.
The 2TB HDD will provide enough storage for all of your footage and whatnot. If you really wanted to you could probably drop it to a a 1TB and add a small SSD as a boot drive.
On the topic of booting, I didn't add an OS because you didn't ask for one to be included.
Most of the parts are from Amazon. They all have free shipping as well.
