The only problem I have with your argument is the Thunder will not beat the Spurs. If Westbrook plays again, he'll score way too much and Durant will be underscoring.

Anyone care to explain why the Miami Heat won't 3-peat? I've read other arguments, and saying "too many teams to beat" isn't really a valid argument. That hasn't stopped them before.

Give me reasoning as to why.

They have to many teams to beat.

Clippers, Rockets, Pacers, Thunder, and the Bulls.

xTriickZ wrote Nets are way too low. I say 3 seed and Pacers four seed.

Rockets are way too high. They're good, but the acquisition of Dwight doesn't make them jump 4 seeds. Clippers are 3.

Warriors are definitely not a 7 seed. They got Iguodala, which is a huge boost to that team. They belong in the 4.

Wizards are not an 8 seed. 8 seed belongs to the Celtics. Yeah we traded away our stars, but with Rondo coming back mid-December, he gives a huge boost. We have Rondo, Bradley, Wallace, Humphries, and Sullinger, Green, Bass, and Bogans. That is the equivalent of the Rockets squad last year.

And I agree with everyone else. Heat will not three-peat. I personally don't think they'll make it to the championship. They have to get past Nets/Bulls/Pacers in that conference.

You two are basically saying that the Heat have to get past all those teams to reach the championship. Nets/Bulls/Pacers are bound to match up before one of those teams gets to the Heat. Same for the Clippers/Rockets/Thunder.

As long as the Heat have a healthy LeBron James, they will win. You guys said they wouldn't repeat last year, you were wrong.

Yeah but last year, Derrick Rose wasn't a factor in the Heat win in that series. There's now a healthy Danny Granger to worry about also, the Pacers will have a better shot at a finals appearance now

They've beat these teams WITH their healthy stars in the past?

A little late, but oh well.

East:
1.Heat
2.Nets
3.Pacers
4.Bulls
5.Knicks
6.Hawks
7.Cavs
8.Wizards

First Round

Heat-Wizards 4-1
Nets-Cavs 4-0
Pacers-Hawks 4-2
Bulls-Knicks 4-3

Round 2

Heat-Bulls 4-3
Nets-Pacers 4-3

Eastern Conference Finals

Heat-Nets 4-3

West

1.Thunder
2.Spurs
3.Clippers
4.Warriors
5.Grizzlies
6.Rockets
7.Nuggets
8.Lakers

First Round

Thunder-Lakers 4-0
Spurs-Nuggets 4-2
Clippers-Rockets 4-3
Warriors-Grizzlies 4-2

Round 2

Thunder-Warriors 4-3
Spurs-Clippers 4-2

Western Conference Finals

The only thing that would keep the Heat from a 3-peat would be themselves.

But go Kings!!
