I Haven't touched my ps3 in a month to me its not that addicting anymore i am just waiting for new games to come out and ill be playing .

I don't know why you would completely get rid of it, it could come in handy. I haven't played games on my Xbox in a good 5-6 months I only use netflix sometimes. I know at some point I will find some entertainment in it especially since winter is coming up

True gamers do not quit ,They just take time off..

A bookworm does not quit reading just because there isn't anything they want to read about ,What they do is wait until something interesting comes out and they start reading again.
The reason i am using the bookworm as an example is in truth gamers are the bookworms of the 21st century. The bookworm has alway's read stories and we the gamers take part in and even shape stories ..,Ahh the joys of technology.
