I'm level 75 and everytime i request a job from Martin he says he has nothing at the moment i've waited 10-30 before requesting another job and all he says is that he has nothing.

I drove up to Sandy Shores, called him and it was unlocked! Always used to be locked.

Do Lesters gang missions then it will be unlocked if it works inv oP Louie at 4pm or something
