A lot of people seem to ask how to get the American Dream achievement/trophy (Own an apartment, garage and an insured car) so this is how.
1. Take a car to LS Customs and go to the Loss/Theft Protection tab and buy both the tracker and the full coverage.
2. Purchase an apartment that also has a garage with it (this may be all apartments I'm not sure.)
IMPORTANT: You must purchase the apartment off on the website not from the signs outside of the property or you WILL NOT get the achievement/trophy.
