guys please help me idk what to do. I got ios 7 beta and never upgraded it when ios 7 came out. I never got the option to. I cant use my phone now it says this iphone is not part of the iphone developer program and I have to register it. I tried to restore it in iTunes but it says error also. what do I do?????

you should have listened to what people said about the betas. "THEY EXPIRE! before they expire restore to ios6.1.4. if you dont you will need to pay 99 to be a dev." thats the only thing your can do. and to get from ios 7 beta to the full iOS 7 you needed to downgrade to ios 6.1.4 or .3. so there is nothing you can do besides paying to register it.

I have the same problem. BUT. all you have to do is restore your iphone. You can do this by putting it into DFU Mode. Hopefully you were smart to recently back up your iphone recently because, you are losing everything. But with this technique, you will not have to pay to get your iphone fixed. Here is the tutorial i used to put my iphone into DFU mode.
