1.go to the dashboard - settings - storage - hard drive
2. scroll down until you see GTA V
3. go to GTA V then find GameUpdate or something along those lines
4.Delete it
5.go back until you get the choice to pick your storage device hover over Hard Drive
6.Click Y on the harddrive and select clear system cache
7.Go onto GTA V now and install the update and Delete the character you first created and make a new one
8.Walla play online ;)
