So this is a method to get easy millions after you beat the story line using the Stock Market and Lester's Assassination Missions.
*Note*
You must have the Assassination missions from Lester.They are released earlier in the game but if you want maximum results then save all of them until you have got the money from the final heist.
Mission/Investment Guide
The Hotel Assassination -- Invest In Betapharmasuticals
The Multi Target Assassination -- Invest In Debonaire
The Vice Assassination -- iFruit or Fruit (Can't remember for sure but Lester should hint in the mission)
The Bus Assassination -- Same again for this mission. Lester suggests avoiding Vapid Motor Company, so sell if you have any shares in that company.
Construction Assassination -- Invest In Gold Coast Development.
Step 1. Go to the Assassination mission that Lester provides.Pay attention to what company he tells you to invest in.
Step 2. Invest all your money either before or after the assassination (Usually tells you when to invest or hints when)
Step 3. Complete the mission then watch the stock go up until it stops or you are happy with the amount earned.
The reason you wait till after you beat the game to do this is because you will have millions from the final heist.You are pretty much guaranteed to double your money which means you will be getting millions!

what about if i finished the game and i already completed these mission? will this work for replay?

Yeah I did this and got 1.5 billion because I saved the money from all the heists and invested.

millions? u left out quite a few things
1. invest in debonaire sell then invest in redwood
profit=300%
2.invest in fruit sell then invest in facade (cant remember % on that)
3.invest in vapid after u do the bus assassination return profit is 100% i believe or 80%
if u did it right u should end up with a billion or a lil under
if u want more then drive down pacific bluffs a few times till u get a misc quest for a guy thats car broke down he will give u a stock tip to invest in tinkle after u drop him off at the airport which will give u 30% profit
after doing all this i ended up with 1.6 billion average on all characters depends what u managed to get though on the heists
