My theory is that we will go back to Canada for something because after beating the game on the radio there is talk about a bridge being built that connects Los santos and Canada

i haven't heard this personally, but it sounds great! first time ever that rockstar have increased a map size. (it is a possibility though, not guaranteed to happen) would be cool though.
also i can pretty much say there will be weapon dlc, but i don't know what

I've been thinking about this for awhile, I was hoping that you could go back to canada once you get 100% or something, It would be cool to see you go back there to find out about a new character

That would be FANTASTIC. Except I don't know how much more the game can handle. The lag-spikes are already pretty bad.
