We worked something out and I sent him half the payment. I decided to see if he was actually legit so I created another Skype and showed interest in this same Jtag acting like someone else. OP stated that its still for sale after he just sold it to me.

If he could've gotten a better offer he would've probably refunded you. I do that all the time.

same thing i payed for one and he said estimated time wensday and i told him wat is the tracking number and he told me they will send it in 2 hours to my email and he told me do u want then to send it 2 urs and i said yes buy he never sent it and blocked me on skype

Is this a joke? I never blocked anyone on Skype I have been BUSY!! I told you both when it is coming in I have 3 Jtags I sold two. I just came back & you guys are seriously acting like I scammed you. You wanna talk message me on skype now that I'm back.
