So I've completed 40 out of 69 missions. The last one I done was one of the assignations with leister. Now none of the missions are showing up for all players. Only the strangers and freaks are showing (which I haven't done many of cause I'm saving them) can anyone help me? Thanks.

When that happened to me, I did one or two side side missions and the main story ones popped up after that. You might just have to wait a bit before they do, but I killed time with side missions.

Just try turn off your xbox then turn it back on or sleep for 3days
