Awesome release! Im sure the community will be very thankful. I have been tinkering with the stat values. Many people are complaining about them not working. Here is a detailed description whats buggy about the stats.

Basically when you enter a stat number such as 250 it does carry over to the game initially. What im saying is once you edit the stat rehash and resign plug your usb into your Xbox and open up the save before you do anything at all hit start go over to where it says stats and you will see all stats are maxxed for Mike and Trevor except there specials. Franklins stats on the other hand don't max obviously because there are only a few available for editing within your tool.. Now heres the problem when you begin any action with that character i.e. a step forward the stats are reset to what they were with the original save.. maybe that can help you figure something out.. Anyways thanks for the tool bro its awesome.!
