How do you guys get the JB 700 and cheetah on the website because it always says its sold out?

You have to beat some of the missions in which you steal those cars for Devin. Just takes time.

You have to complete the mission to unlock the cheetah and other cars in the online store.

You have to do the Repo missions for Devin. At that point, you begin unlocking all the A class car models and you can purchase them.
