Minecraft etc....

You're better off buying parts and building it yourself.

There are hundreds many even thousands of TuTs on YT and on TTG.

This is what most of us PC Gamers do.

You could spend $10 000 on a computer and still lag if you have a shitty internet connection.

My Internet connection is pretty good usually running a four bar and host in call of duties.

If your looking into PC gaming I would go with wasting your money building a computer, instead of buying a pre-built.
