I have an unlocked iPhone 5, i cant factory restore it because i get an iTunes error 3194. I also cant reset it in Setting>General>Reset>Reset All Contents and Settings because i dont know the Restrictions passcode. Is there a way to restore it?

anytime i cant restore, i try another computer and restore it and it usually works.
