Windows 8 is bad man. So I'm going to say 8/10 in my opinion.

7/10

Unless you're playing across multiple monitors or at a uhd resolution, you will not use 4gb vram.
The 4770k is way overkill and only offers a couple more fps than the 4670k.
8gb Ram is plenty for just gaming.
Why only get an hdd? For the price, you could get an ssd and an hdd by dropping some of the un-needed items.

Overall, great components, but you're buying more than you need for straight up gaming.

What exactly is it used for?
