I remembered seeing something a while ago when someone else was having my exact issue. Whenever I boot my RGH it red dots throwing an E71 error. I know it has something to do with plugins because it boots fine without it's hard drive, and the retail nand runs fine for connecting to xbox live. +rep for anyone who can tell me since I can't find it on google for some reason..

Answered my own question by googling again, you need to hit the dvd drive eject during boot up... Mods can close/delete.

Try unloading them by booting into XeLL, power and immediately press the eject button. Not sure if it would work.

do not boot into xell. do this:
Hit Power Button, then when you see the boot logo Hit Eject
Should take you straight to dashboard, then go into XeXmenu
then dashlaunch, and remove whatever plugin's you want removed. Let me know if this helped

Simply press the eject button after all the rings light up.
