When I did it, I got temp banned on my account. But that was for BO.

i advise you not to do it because if you get banned and gta 5 does come out, you wont be able to play.

It really just depends like since it is only a week away I doubt you would get banned.
Because if you some how obtain a legal copy of the game and play it early they don't ban you.
But it could risk your chance of getting your profile banned from Xbox Live.

That wouldn't be a bad idea, but you could get IP banned from the servers

IP banned from what servers? Rockstars? but they wont even know that i have done anything as i have not been on the game and once i have done it i will delete the account.
