You can now download from the console with no payment option:

all you have to do is follow this instruction.
step1- go to your games section on your morocoo acct.
step2- click (X) on any game
step3- click (Y) to search
step4- search for selected games that is free that can me found on the first post
(for some reason injustice dose not work for this method)
step5- download games
