I'm getting bored of xbox 360 and ps4 and wanted to start pc gaming and making YouTube videos on pc but I don't know a lot about pc's or what I need I have a budget of 600-800 to build or buy a pc I'm not sure what is the best for a beginner anyone that can help would be much appreciated thanks

What is your currency?
Do you need peripherals? (Mouse, keyboard ect.)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need an OS? (Operating system eg. Windows 7)
