Okay i livestream on twitch.tv, i use a headset called (USB C-Media headset)i wan't to be able to hear audio from the headset (which i can hear) but the problem is when i try to use the mic aswell i get feedback (basically i can hear my self talking, which i don't like)

Reason i want to hear the audio through my headset is because i can't turn up the speakers cause then the viewers would hear an echo so i basically have to play the game on silent (which is boring without no audio) so is there a way to play a game with the audio coming out of my headset and use the mic and not get feedback?
