People just create new accounts for higher ranks (assuming thats what you're going for)

There used to be a way if you when to system link, click the middle button and highlight over a account with the rank you want. Then click the A button and un-plug your hardwired connection at the same time. That's how I did it but i don't know anymore.

there is no way of resetting your zombie rank at the moment your best bet would to ask in the jtag forum someone might reset you.
