all manufacturer rims purchasable

Barn/unicorn cars purchasable
pre-order cars purchasable
louder turbo / SC
custom intro
few wheelie cars
most 4wd's lifted with bigger wheels
most cars slammed
pile of cars w/ new engine conversions
F350 monster truck
disabled car roll
+ bunch of stuff forgotten over past few months

(read ReadMe.txt)
:Notes:
-JTAG/RGH/DEV only ofc.
-Current version (1.0) does not support TU3 as
frosty converted our db to the newest tu3 db but
he ran into some errors and deleted it.
(later versions we'll update it fully to tu3)
-Most Cars have spacers and are also slammed with
upgraded level 3 suspension.
-Unlike the previous Project underground, this
one doesn't have no where near as much features as
horizon is a big pile of turd and doesn't really allow
as much editing with junk. no tuning :'(
-If need to get in contact with me, my aim is xbox360evolution
- delete the file "FilesToCache.xml"

Seems nice..really liked Forza 4 mods better but since I can slam my cars in this..its over.
