v2 and v2.1 are below
what v2 save includes:

98% complete *techinically 100% all thats left is a few challanegs*
steelport obtained
100% hacked
all colectibles found
all missions complete
all activites complete
all abilities obtained
every upgrade obtaind
all abilitie upgrades obtained
all weapon upgrades obtained
all homies obtained *keith and cid can no longer be called out as a homie :/*
modded duel/akimbo weps
weps in quick slot do 2x damage
god mode
20,000,000,000 money
214777777777777 clusters
all clusters found
alot of good modded cars in garage
alot of good clothes in wardrobe
all stores obtained
all hotspots destroyed/obtained?
all gateways obtained and opened
level 100
max xp earned
all flashpoints complete
all weapons obtained *im pretty sure i got them all*
no cheats used
all performace stuff unlocked for cares in garage
bugs in v2:

dlc missing error
underglow sometimes doesnt show up..
missing homies..
modded save v2 changelog:

added more vehicles *non modded*
vehicles from sr3 *salem + more* not sure if the vehciles i added are in saints row 4 but i got them from sr3.
added hard to get/secret vehicles
fixed easy death by vehicle bug.

bugs:

vehciles have duplicated and tripled themselves :/
so now you can have alot of upgrade only vechiles...
some genki vechiles dont work because they are debug vehciles
missing some upgrade cars like all of the wireframe vehciles..
if you want wireframe vheciles use v2
