Hey TTG, before you look at this YouTube banner, I just want to let you know that I made it, and I just started getting into graphics today. I don't plan on getting deep into it, but just to do YouTube thumbnails, avatars etc. for my YouTube channel. But anyways... I took a course of Photoshop in Jr. High but they didn't teach you much, but the basics. Constructive criticism always helps. Thanks!

to much going on, the flares, pics. like the text though. 2/10

Flares generally look pretty tacky unless pulled off well, and here I think you could probably get it to work if you were to reduce the number of them and put them behind everything but your background layer.
The "Subscribe" bubble unbalances it because it hides most of the tools on one side, but not at all on the other. If you were to either take the tools out completely or again reduce the number of them it would look better. Also I think the swords should be a good deal smaller.
Overall actually pretty decent for first day work, my first day work was a picture of Mars that flashed and said "TTG" on it in purple text...
P.S. That is pretty much the most overused font in all of YouTubing, I'd recommend a different one (the one used for "TITANDBZ" and "DAILY GAMING VIDEOS!")
