no because of the new audio output with the new controller plus a bunch of other features

no you cant its not backwards compatible so nowt on 360 will work

i would of thought you will be able to because i didnt think that they would be bothered about changing the frequency but if they want more money they will make that so my guess is no

No because there have been numerous new features and upgrades added in are required for the controller to have but the 360 controllers don't have therefore they will not work with the next gens! But i have read that headsets will be compatible!
