Ok so I been having ghost for xbox one already paid off but I want to know if I can somehow change it to hardened edition I have the money.Also if I have ghost preorder would I get ghost character for multiplayer?

I know gamestop can do that for you and im not completely sure about the incentives so ask about that at gamestop!
