I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 and I saw someone who's iMessages were orange and the letters for on the keyboard were also. I was wondering whether it's a tweak or he had a theme. If you know the tweak or theme or know anything please let me know.

For the message bubbles quite a lot of themes have a custom message lay out, I can't think of one of the top of my head. For the keyboard it's a tweak called ColorKeyboard and you can download themes for it via Cydia.

Go in Cydia and type "SMS" or you could go to
the main Cydia page to Featured Themes and the top themes
are fully themed as well as the messages app
