every time i go to open it this is the message i get, ive tried restarting laptop, re installing it etc. its the newest version i dont understand

Upload the error message you get, it may possibly be that you need framework 4.5, or uninstall and completely remove horizon, restart your computer, and get the horizon download from xboxmb . com

That would be your answer since those are the only ways I can think of.

It did this for me making a gamer pic pack twice.
