Now that Halo 3 is almost dead, is it possible to make a new xex mod or new real time mod that will be able to give you a lvl 50 in 1 game plus 500 exp from matchmaking without system links 1 game 50?

I'm not sure if that's possible, but someone on another site was able to Mod ranks for people without recovering their accounts. He made people 50 with no ranked games.
